A big heartfelt congratulations on getting married. Thank you for having us capture your wedding celebrations. I imagine you have a few questions about what happens next. Here goes:

What’s the best way to contact you?

Office working hours are typically 10am to 3pm on week days. I am usually out shooting weddings on Saturdays. If scheduling allows, rest days are often Sundays and Mondays. You are welcome to email at any time anesta@anestabroadphotography.co.uk but I may only be able to reply during my working hours. During peak months of June to October, I can be out shooting up to 5 weddings a week so it will take longer to reply to messages. Please don’t worry if you don’t hear from me straight away, I will do my best to reply as soon as I can.

I don’t recommend important messaging via Instagram or Facebook as notifications are not reliable and they also filter a considerable amount to spam folders. Email is generally your best bet.

When will my photos be ready?

Your photos will be ready within 8 weeks for weddings between November to May or within 12 weeks for peak season weddings in June to October.

How will I be able to see my photos?

Your photos will be available to view in an online gallery once the editing is complete. A link will be sent to you via email.

When do I receive the album & USB?

After editing is complete and couples have viewed their online gallery, your USB will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery to a UK address of your choice Your photos are saved as JPEG files. The original RAW files are not provided as per your terms and conditions. If you have also ordered an album, the USB and album will be delivered together. The timescale for receiving your album will depend on how quickly you are able to choose your cover and photographs, and how busy I am when I receive your selection. I complete design work on a first come, first served basis so timescales will vary but I will advise of approximate timescales when I receive your image choices. The album production time is 20 working days from the time I place the order with my suppliers.

What exactly is saved on my USB?

Your photographs will be supplied in JPEG format on a USB (memory stick). You will require a computer with a USB port to view your photos. Two sets of photos will be supplied. There will be a set labelled "Print Ready" which will typically be 4500 pixels on the longest edge, ideal for printing. The second set will be labelled "Social Media" which will typically be 1000 pixels on the longest edge. The social media set are watermarked and sized for use on social media sites such as Instagram and Facebook.

What if I want retouching or significant changes to my photos?

On viewing your online gallery you are responsible for pointing out any additional editing required before placing any product orders. A quote for retouching/additional editing will be provided to you. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues with images that are noticed after products have been ordered unless it can be proven that they were not visible at the time of ordering.
